Prior to AMBI, Elisabeth served as President of International Sales and Distribution at Voltage Pictures from 2012 through April 2015. During her tenure with Voltage, the company financed and sold the three-time Academy Award winning 'DALLAS BUYERS CLUB'; Joseph Gordon-Levitt's directorial debut 'DON JON' (starring Gordon-Levitt and Scarlett Johansson); Gabriele Muccino's 'FATHERS AND DAUGHTERS' (starring Russell Crowe and Amanda Seyfried); Andrew Niccol's 'GOOD KILL' (starring Ethan Hawke); and Natalie Portman's directorial debut, 'A TALE OF LOVE AND DARKNESS'.
Elisabeth also worked at Lakeshore Entertainment for close to 14 years, serving in her final three years as head of Lakeshore International, where she oversaw theatrical sales of Lakeshore's high-profile features ('FAME', 'CRANK', 'CRANK: HIGH VOLTAGE', 'RUNAWAY BRIDE' and 'AUTUMN IN NEW YORK') and helped launch films grossing over $100 million worldwide, such as the 'UNDERWORLD' franchise and the four-time Academy Award winner 'MILLION DOLLAR BABY'.
Elisabeth has served on the Board and Executive Board of IFTA, in addition to being part of other film organizations including BAFTA and WIF. With a big heart for animals and the environment, she sits on the Advisory Board of the anti-poaching organization STOP POACHING NOW!, as well as on the Northwestern Council of American Rivers and the Cutthroat Club of Trout Unlimited.
Leaning into her love of the environment, she recently joined the Mission Spiritus team, taking sand samples from the Wahiba Desert in Oman to help in a study with Columbia University of airborne microplastics and nanoplastics in pristine areas. Additionally, Elisabeth is working with designer and environmental activist Jeff Garner on his documentary 'LET THEM BE NAKED', about the toxicity of fast fashion and its impact on health and the environment, scheduled to be released in late 2026. Committed to helping make the world a better place for generations ahead, she spends her time and resources aiding many organizations helping humanity and Mother Earth.
