Tethered

LOG-LINE: Miles from civilization, a blind teenage boy and the hunter he befriends are tormented by a mysterious creature lurking in the woods.

SHORT SYNOPSIS:
Miles from civilization, a blind teenage boy, Solomon, lives in total isolation with a long rope as a tether to help him navigate his land and a set of three rules to follow:
The First Rule: When you hunt or scavenge, do it for two: one for the forest and one for you.
The Second Rule: When your will is almost gone, and you feel like giving up: find comfort in singing our song.
The Third Rule: Always hold on to it and you will have hope. Whatever you do, don’t lose the rope.

Solomon’s harsh and mundane life of strict routine is interrupted by the arrival of a lone hunter, Hank, who quickly realizes that there is another threatening presence lurking in the woods. Determined to rescue Solomon from danger, Hank races to piece together the mystery of Solomon’s situation and convince him to break the one rule that has always kept him safe.
